I needed a large carport, 6x6mts and wanted some help or advice so I looked on the Internet. Found a couple of UK companies and either they were too busy to help or they didn’t have the necessary expertise. By luck I found Woodworks Direct, or more to the point, Simon. He has the patience of a saint, and seemed genuinely interested in my project. He put up with me changing my mind or altering the spec many times and never complained. He even made helpful suggestions to improve the design and strength where necessary or save me money.
I eventually placed the order with them and transferred the money. I must admit I did have a very small doubt in my mind that maybe I would never see the carport, after all the problems you can get with companies selling on the Internet and based in a Foreign country. No worries. The carport arrived on time, in good condition, with very good quality wood and exactly to specification.
If your looking for any wood products try this company, they really are excellent in every respect and don’t worry about ordering from a company based in Spain. They were quick, efficient and offered a good price for the product, and they were only a “click” away, what’s not to like!
